People always ask me "How do you (Reuel) apply V-Vax Eucalyptus oil?" Very simple method- every morning and I do mean every morning, after my shower I spray 2 or 3 squirts into my palms rub them together and cup over my nose. Deep inhalations then exhalations through the mouth. I keep that up until my palms no longer have a trace of the smell. That simple maintainance helps start my day with a clear/open state of well being. When I'm not rushed I conclude my daily ritual with the Ayurvedic method of Alternative Nostril Breathing.
