Did you know I have an Associate in my practice?
Meet Katie Page AMFT!
She is currently accepting clients!
Here's a little about Katie in her own words.
"I bring warmth and compassion to my therapeutic approach, supporting you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with patience and care. I believe in the power of self-compassion, deep understanding, and the mind-body connection, all of which contribute to a stronger, more fulfilling relationship with yourself. For the past three years, I have worked as a therapist in both community clinic settings and school-based therapy programs. My style is deeply relational, fostering collaboration while always leading with empathy and curiosity.

I am currently offering in person and remote for adults, teens, and couples. My clients often seek support for relational challenges, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and the broad spectrum of identity exploration. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including attachment-based, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring my work to meet each person where they are. My goal is to help you understand, navigate, and, when necessary, heal the patterns that may be impacting your well-being.
Outside of therapy, you can find me at the movie theater (call me old-fashioned), trying new restaurants, or traveling to places near and far. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
You can reach me at 707-353-4798 and katiepagetherapy@gmail.com"

Attention prelicensed clinicians!
The road to licensure can feel long and even lonely at times.
Clinical work and our roles as therapists are best supported in community.
In this closed group we will meet for 8 initial sessions every other week, making space for both personal and clinical support.
Using the energy and wisdom of the collective we build community to strengthen the work we do in the room with clients and ourselves as well as provide support and connection.

We begin in the Spring of 2025.
Sessions are $40 each or $300 if paid in full
Location likely to be Zoom but can be offered in person if demand is high enough

Last Winter I hosted a small group through the cold and dark months to feed our inner fires and nourish ourselves through the Winter season.

This year I am offering this group once more.

We will come together for 6 circles beginning at the start of Winter and ending just as Spring emerges.

This will be a small closed group to foster a sense of trust and connection. We will meet every other week for an hour and a half.

Together we will use expressive arts, embodiment practices, ceremony and community to support our journey through the darkness.

The waitlist is open.

I am so excited to announce the upcoming 6 session circle Sacred Body-Love the Skin You're In.
I will be co leading this with my friend and colleague Jennifer Jahahn LMHC.
During our time together we will use experiential exercises, in the form of movement, creative arts, and journal prompts to open and connect ourselves to our bodies.
We lean into this circle for a safe space to share our experiences and both witness and be witnessed.
