A day in the life of a massage therapist. There’s a lot that goes into running a thriving business, and I didn’t even mention my networking group and the people that send me referrals. I wouldn’t be as successful without this amazing group of people. From the chiropractor and acupuncturist, to the non-profit and florist, I owe them all a heap of gratitude.

The life of a massage therapist is a lot of behind the scenes. I do laundry every day and it’s part of my morning ritual to fold the sheets from the day before and get my table set up, heat on, towel warmer on and loaded, massage cream ready, air filter on, queue music, set the scene.
