Moon Mondays

Something big dropped in for me today.

Something I’ve been trying to think my way through for a very long time.

And yet the clarity didn’t come from force.

It came when I paused.

When I softened.

When I let myself feel into my body and ask what these sensations were trying to show me.

I saw the path and the clarity in a way I could never have thought my way to.

This work never ceases to amaze me.
