Between chiropractic adjustments, ice therapy can be a powerful way to manage pain and inflammation — especially after an injury or during a flare-up.
✨ Why Ice Therapy Helps:
✅ Reduces swelling and inflammation
✅ Numbs sore or irritated areas
✅ Slows nerve activity to ease pain
✅ Supports your body's healing process between visits
How to Use It:
Apply a cold pack for 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off, and repeat as needed. Always use a barrier between the ice and your skin — never apply ice directly!
