Beyond the 7 main energy centers, the human body contains numerous minor chakras, often described as 21 smaller intersections of energy pathways.
Key minor chakras include palm chakras (healing/creativity), foot chakras (grounding), knee chakras (moving forward), ear chakras (perception), and various glands/organs like the spleen and thymus.
Palm Chakras: Located in the center of the palms, these are considered "power chakras" used for transmitting healing energy, enhancing creativity, and connecting with the environment.
Foot Chakras: Situated on the soles of the feet, these facilitate grounding, stability, and connection to the earth.
Knee Chakras: Found at the base of the kneecaps, these relate to flexibility in life and the release of stored emotions like fear or guilt.
Thymus (Higher Heart) Chakra: Located between the heart and throat chakras, this center is associated with compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love.
Ear Chakras: Located in the ears, these influence auditory perception, psychic hearing, and emotional responses to sound.
Spleen Chakra: Linked to the physical spleen, this center deals with immune response, cleansing energy, and balancing toxins in the body.
Other Upper Body Chakras:Lalana or Kala Chakra: Located at the base of the mouth, regulating spiritual energy flow.
Chandra (Moon) Chakra: Located between the third eye and crown, dealing with emotional gentleness and mercy.
Manas Chakra: Positioned just above the third eye, associated with sensory perception and mental processes.
