I am proud to say that today marks 5 years that Touch of Live Sitter has been established and operating as a business in the city of Mobile. It has not been easy by no means, but I give all glory and honor 🙌 to God because it's him that has kept and sustained us. We're grateful for the support from the surrounding communities and for all of the families that we've been able to assist. We're geared up to continue the work!

Nurse Dillon Tip for our Seniors & Caregivers: As the temperatures rise in the week, please keep our seniors hydrated. Here are a few ways to prevent Heat Stroke in seniors 🥵

1. Understand your older adult’s health conditions. Check with their doctor to find out if medications or treatments, like diuretics or low-salt diets, could affect the way their bodies regulate temperature.

2. Encourage water 💦 intake and dress for the weather.

3. Stay cool at home. Keep the house as cool as possible by using curtains to block out sun and heat.
