💙 Growing leaders, strengthening recovery

At St. Joseph’s, leadership development is in full swing through our Leadership Foundation Institute, led by Robin Gay, Network Director of Training and Development; Lori Burke, Network Director of Employee Relations; and guest facilitators, including Jeremy Baumann, Director of our Col. C. David Merkel, MD Veterans and First Responders Residential Program.

Participants have been digging into wellness, work-life balance, development planning and how to handle tough conversations with confidence. Each session builds practical skills leaders can take back to their teams right away.

One moment that brought it all together: each group proudly wearing their St. Joseph's and Citizen Advocates sweatshirts with a shared message on the back, “United in Care / Empowered by Purpose.”

🌷🐣 Spring was in full bloom this Easter at St. Joseph’s Addiction Treatment & Recovery Centers!

Staff came together to host an egg hunt and community dinner for tenants at the Main on Elm housing facility. With generous donations of candy and food from staff and plenty of helping hands from tenants in the kitchen, it was a day filled with connection, laughter and fresh beginnings.

At St. Joseph's, recovery is rooted in community, care and shared joy. 💛🌼
