Hi all. Today, Thursday 2/26 at 11:15 will be our final Tai Chi Flow Introductory class at Lake Placid Public Library. For ongoing classes, join Mindful Movement (Tai Chi Flow/Qigong/Standing and Seated Yoga) at Saranac Lake Free Library on Mondays at 11:30 AM and Wednesdays at 10 AM. Come – ‘Get into the Flow!’

I’m so happy to finally share my new website with you.

As I mark 25 years on this path, I feel deeply grateful. Looking back, I’m touched by the presence, commitment, and trust of so many who have joined me in these practices and services over the years. You have shaped this journey in ways I could never have imagined.

This milestone isn’t mine alone—it belongs to our shared community and to all the moments we’ve spent breathing, moving, and growing together.

These days, a gentle dog walking alongside Buddhist monks on their long pilgrimage across America has captured the attention of the entire world.
Not with words, not with noise —
but with quiet trust, calm presence, and unconditional love.

This image reminds us that compassion is not limited by species.

As the Buddha taught:
