Greetings!

I'm Hazel Young, a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist based in Sarasota, Florida. Born and raised in this beautiful city, my journey into the world of massage therapy was driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others in their unique ways. I pursued my education at the esteemed East West College of Natural Medicine, immersing myself in knowledge to better serve my clients. I believe in the philosophy that life is a perpetual learning experience, and I continually embrace opportunities to expand my expertise. My repertoire of modalities includes:

Deep Tissue Massage: Targeting the sub-layer of musculature and fascia, this modality aids in chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and inflammation reduction. Swedish Massage: Designed to invigorate the body by stimulating circulation, Swedish massage incorporates kneading, rolling, and percussive movements. It promotes relaxation and addresses scar tissue adhesions. Therapeutic Massage: Applying light to medium pressure, therapeutic massage aims to relax both the body and mind while realigning the natural energy flow. I founded my massage business with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each client. Whether through house calls or sessions at the Snug Harbor Village office, my goal is to provide a moment of tranquility amidst life's chaos. If you find yourself in need of relaxation after a taxing day, whether from being on your feet or spending hours typing and filing at the office, I'm here to help. Taking the initiative to make time for self-love is essential, and I am dedicated to assisting you in finding those moments of peace.
