Love, love, love EVERY aspect of this teacher’s style. I bet the students do too. And I bet even more that they love learning in his classroom. I’m sure time on task is high (therefore reducing behavior issues), but most importantly, I’m also fairly certain that those kids feel valued, safe, and respected on a daily basis.
