Those muscle spasms and knots can be brutal! 😩 This patient needed a large amount of time spent on his upper neck (the atlas and axis). Restoring mobility to the upper neck is mandatory if you want your neck to age well. Thank you for watching!

He underestimated the elbow 😬💪 The gua sha looks intense, but is actually quite soothing as it increases circulation to a tight and/or injured muscle. It's much nicer than the elbow 😅
