If your feet and balance aren’t dialed in, your brain won’t fully “trust” your base and it’ll hold back your power, no matter how much you grind on your mechanics.

✅ Solid feet and balance = better control, better rotation, more speed through the ball
❌ Wobbly on one leg, or feel unstable over the ball = your body is quietly putting on the brakes

Your golf setup says a lot about how your spine is actually moving, NOT just how your swing looks 🏌🏻‍♂️

When posture is off, power usually is too:
✅ Rounded “C” spine = harder to rotate and shorter backswing
✅ Pelvis dumped forward = lost core control and weaker hip drive
✅ Neutral “S” curve = better rotation, cleaner contact, more speed
