As we approach the end of the school year, we know stress levels are rising for many of our NYAM & Generazzo Therapy parents. Between exams, transitions, and busy schedules, it’s important to pause and take care of your own well-being too. You’re doing an amazing job supporting your kids through this season 🤍

🧜‍♀️ We’re so excited for our upcoming SUP Kids workshop on Saturday, April 25th from 9:30AM–12:00PM! It’s going to be a special experience for kids to build confidence, connect with peers, and learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

And parents, we haven’t forgotten about you! Partnered with SUP East Coast Style, Emily & Kalesta will be teaching an all-levels SUP Yoga class for adults on Saturday’s as well. Sign up here:

Paddleboard Yoga on the Water!

Two chances to get on board for this unique floating yoga experience!

Move, breathe, and flow while surrounded by sunshine, salt air, and the peaceful rhythm of the water. Paddleboard yoga combines gentle paddling, balance, and yoga in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is needed; just come ready to try something new, laugh a little, and enjoy the magic of being on the water.

I love this. You’re not here to prove your worth.
You’re here to embody it…
and then invite the people who actually get it into your space.
This work isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about showing up, muddy paws, big feelings, salty hair, and all. 🐾🌊 From the therapy room, Girls Group, to paddleboards, to the kids and teens I grow alongside… this space is built on care, safety, laughter, and some good juju. ✨
And here’s the wild part, as I create space for these kids to explore, regulate, and become more themselves, I keep waking up parts of me that were tucked away for a long time. Turns out healing doesn’t flow in one direction…it moves together.
This community is intentional. It’s warm. It’s honest. It’s a little unconventional. Rooted in love, with just enough spice to keep it real.
