Almost 2 years in the making, the time has finally come! Safe & Sound Mental Health Solutions is now offering health coaching for people living with chronic issues. Being a chronic illness baddie myself, I have always wanted to give back and help others navigate this journey more successfully not just through mental health but everything that encompasses it. We are so excited to be able to provide this much needed service to the community.

Stay tuned to get a look into the resources and services we offer with this program and how we can work together to empower and thrive!

We will be closed starting tomorrow 12/19/2024 and will reopen 01/02/2025.

Emails & calls will be responded to on a case by case basis. As we are NOT an emergency or crisis receiving facility, if you are in crisis or having an emergency please call 911 or head to your nearest emergency room.

We are currently not accepting new patients at this time and the waitlist has been closed. New patient emails will not be responded to. We apologize the inconvenience and will keep you updated when there are openings.
