When it shows up, try meeting it with compassion instead of resistance. Pause, take a breath, and remind yourself that you are safe right now.

Remember, your anxious thoughts aren’t the truth… they’re just visitors. You are the calm that exists beneath them, and with practice, you can notice that calm more often.
