Often, we struggle to stay consistent because we’re using the wrong tool for the job. You wouldn't use a hammer to turn a screw, right?

If you're feeling high-anxiety, sitting in silent meditation can feel almost impossible, and that’s okay. That might be the moment to let breathwork or yoga shift that physical energy first. If your mind is racing with a million ideas, journaling can be your best friend to get it all on paper.
