How many of us reach for our phones before we even rub the sleep out of our eyes?

Here’s the thing: when we start our day by scrolling, we are immediately putting our brains into "reactive mode." We are letting the outside world dictate our mood before we’ve even had a chance to check in with ourselves.

Try this "Different" Challenge for the next 3 days:
💚 Keep your phone in another room (or at least across the room) overnight.
💚 Don’t touch it for the first hour after you wake up.
💚 Use that time for anything else: a slow cup of coffee, stretching, 10 minutes of sunshine, or just sitting in the quiet.

It’s a small boundary that creates a massive shift in your capacity for the rest of the day. You aren't just not scrolling… you are actively choosing your own energy. 🧘

For me, the "work" has always been a mix of yoga and honest, raw creativity. It’s not about being flexible or making something pretty. It’s about having a place to put all the heavy stuff that’s sitting in our bodies and actually moving it out.

We’ve been taught to believe that if we just discipline ourselves enough, we can show up at 100% every single day.

But biology doesn't work that way. 🧠

Some days, your body is using 80% of its energy just to keep you regulated and safe. That only leaves 20% for work, chores, and socializing. On those days, giving that 20% is giving your 100%.

Wellness isn't about doing more. It's about respecting the capacity you actually have today, not the capacity you think you should have.

Low capacity isn't a character flaw. It's a physiological state.
