Only the present moment is real!

Slowing down and spending some time in these mountain ranges with birds, trees and himalayas during the retreat has made me realise that:

One mindful breath enough for us to notice the bright blue sky,the cool fresh air,the sound of the wind in the pine trees or the music of the birds

This is heaven on earth 🌎

As I grow, I’m realizing that every journey becomes an opportunity to connect more deeply with places, people, and ourselves, when we choose to slow down and observe.
