Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. 🧘‍♀️ Next class Tuesday 5: 30pm. ⏰ Next Saturday AFTER our 9am class, 30 of us are going for a weekend of deep conversations, deep stretching, journaling, a sound bath and dinner at the Westin Harbour Island in Tampa.
