Mitochondria are the energy makers inside your cells. When they are under stress, you may feel it as fatigue, brain fog, poor recovery, low stamina, inflammation, mood changes, and that frustrating feeling that your body just is not keeping up.

Mitochondrial health is influenced by more than one thing. Stress, poor sleep, blood sugar swings, nutrient gaps, inflammation, hormone changes, toxins, lack of muscle mass, and not enough recovery can all affect how well your cells make energy.
