✨ Grounding with the Ancients · Clava Cairns ✨

There is a rare, powerful stillness at Clava Cairns —
a place where ancient stones rise from the earth and time itself seems to slow.

During our grounding ceremony, we honored the spirit of this land by connecting not with the stones themselves, but with the trees that stand beside them… silent witnesses to thousands of years of history.

We placed our hands against their trunks, feeling:
🌿 the age in their bark
🌿 the steadiness of their roots
🌿 the way they breathe with the earth

As the circles of stones watched over us, the trees anchored us —
helping us release what we carried, settle into our bodies, and truly arrive in the Highlands.

There was a moment when the wind shifted, and it felt as though the land recognized us…
as if the ancient ones were welcoming us into communion.

Scotland grounds you before it transforms you.
And here, among trees and standing stones, we felt the truth rise:

We are part of something ancient.
We are supported.

Right after our Divine Feminine ritual, we stepped into the Highland wind… and we screamed.
Not from anger — but from truth, from courage, from release, from everything our bodies had been quietly carrying for years.

There is something sacred about opening your throat, opening your heart, and letting the Scottish air take what no longer belongs to you… transforming it into something lighter.

And yes… that one time I was demonstrating how to do it and my scream scared everyone 😂
A true Highland roar.

But that’s the magic — letting your voice rise, letting your body empty, letting the wind carry it all away and transmute it into freedom.

Looking back on this moment fills my whole heart.
The healing was real.
The bravery was breathtaking.
And the Highlands held every release with so much love. 🤍🌬️✨

This is what healing in community really looks like — the belly laughs, the inside jokes, the moments where your heart softens and you remember that transformation can be light, playful, and deeply connective.

Still thinking about this moment… how laughter rippled through the room, how safe everyone felt to be fully themselves, and how this group stitched each other back together in the most beautiful ways.

🎁✨ The joyful chaos is real — tartan ribbons, careful wrapping, packages sealed with so much love and intention. Our space has been buzzing with the busy, beautiful energy of preparing these welcome packages, each one carrying the spirit of the Highlands and the promise of what’s to come.

And today feels extra special… it marks our two-month countdown! In just 2 months, I’ll be standing in Inverness, welcoming my circle of aligned souls as we begin this once-in-a-lifetime journey together. 🏔️💫
