This is a bit delayed, but a big Thank You!! This past year, our practice was recognized as the platinum winner in the speech pathology category in Best of SRQ and voted first by the Herald Tribune Reader's Choice Awards!

As our lead speech pathologist is back in action post maternity leave, we wanted to share our immense gratitude to our team, who helped continue treating patients while she was away.

Our focus is the same as when we started: delivering the specialized care our patients deserve, ensuring our therapists can prioritize their families and personal lives while working with us, and continuing to provide a much-needed service in our community.

Stephanie just received the ASHA Distinguished Early Career Professional Award!!

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is the national speech and hearing association. Every year they select young professionals who are making an impact in leadership, volunteering, and advocacy at the local, state, and/or national level.

Stephanie has been pouring into our community these past few years, advocating for Aphasia Awareness, serving on the Aphasia Community Center Board, and developing Neuro Speech Therapy, a medical practice specializing in Aphasia Therapy.

Her passion for adult speech therapy has led to numerous accomplishments in the field and tremendous improvement in the quality of life for her patients. Her humility and compassion radiate with every interaction, and we are so excited to celebrate this achievement. So proud of you!!

Today we add Stephanie Lomazov , a Speech Language Pathologist and Aphasia specialist, to our Advisory team! In this role, Stephanie can assist families, as well as help broaden the skill set of our team! Stephanie owns Neuro Speech Therapy LLC in Sarasota, and we think highly of both her skills and her compassion with families! Thank you Stephanie!

Excited to share we are one of the 2023 SPEAK OUT Grant recipients provided by the Parkinson Voice Project!!!

This will allow our newest team member to add the SPEAK OUT! training to their skillset and help our practice reach more individuals with Parkinson's Disease.

The Parkinon's Voice Project helps thousands of people with Parkinson's regain and retain their voices, minimize swallowing problems, and stay connected with their families and friends.

It is through initiatives such as the speak out grant and our continued collaboration with the Parkinson Place that our team is privileged to play a small part in helping this enormous mission.

Getting ready for the upcoming annual Encompass Health Neurorehabilitation Conference!!
Our Lead SLP, Stephanie Lomazov, was selected to be one of the key speakers amongst local industry neuroscience experts to share her latest research on Aphasia!
When asked about the event she said, "I am honored and very excited to learn from and present to fellow leading medical practitioners in our field."
