I never expected losing my voice would lead me to my life’s calling.
In 2000, vocal nodules ended my music career — the only dream I’d ever chased. But what felt like devastation at the time became the doorway to something bigger.
Over the next 16 years, I battled anxiety, IBS, insomnia, and unexplained infertility. I followed every conventional route — doctors, prescriptions, and diagnoses that never quite explained why I felt so unwell.
By 2016, burnout hit hard. I was leading Corporate Wellness for a global bank in London — outwardly successful, inwardly unraveling.
That’s when I did a 180.
I dove headfirst into functional medicine, not just as a career change — but a soul shift.
Fast-forward to today: I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, having supported over 500+ clients one-on-one. My focus? The gut-brain connection… and now, the gut-faith connection.
Because healing isn’t just physical. It’s also spiritual.
After a personal vaccine injury in 2022, I became a fierce advocate for medical freedom and clean air, food, and water. But more than that — I became deeply committed to helping women heal in alignment with God’s design.
