Another peek into Muriel’s Gyrotonic weekly session. Muriel is 93 and has been moving all her life as a dancer, a yogi and now loves the experience of Gyrotonic system in her body. I have had the privilege to spend her valuable time every week for 8 years . What an inspiration.
