Sometimes there’s more to shoulder pain than you think. Working with a client with stubborn shoulder pain. No amount of stretching, rolling out, massaging helped it. The problem was extremely tight forearm, bicep, and coracobrachialis (just in front of the deltoid) were preventing the shoulder from healing. Once these additional problem areas were addressed and resolved, shoulder pain was resolved. Remember — sometime where the pain is, it’s not the only problem area.

Don't let "I'm just a little sore from the last workout" become "I can't workout because my shoulder / elbow / back hurt too much." ART can help a tight muscle before it becomes a big problem. Text me today at 941-402-1069 to schedule an appointment.
