The work you're doing in simulation is changing outcomes — and it's time more people saw it.🚀

Across academia, healthcare, and EMS, we see it every day in the work we do alongside you.

We're inviting you to submit an abstract and present your work at during Simulation Week 🗓️ September 16–18, 2026.

Share your bold vision, how you're driving innovation, and the outcomes you're achieving through simulation.

Our mission is to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive — empowering healthcare professionals to deliver confidently in the moments that matter. Together, that's exactly what we're doing.

What if the next obstetric emergency isn’t in a textbook, but in your delivery room?

Simulation gives learners the chance to practice the rare, high-pressure scenarios they hope they'll never face. With maternal simulator, , learners rehearse shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and more so when the moment comes, they act with precision, confidence, and teamwork.

👶 Because preparation isn’t optional. It’s life-saving.

Simulation can make all the difference in high-stakes scenarios. 💡

We want to hear from you:🫵

If you could design a simulation scenario for your team tomorrow, what would it be and why?

🚨A patient stops breathing.

🚨A newborn needs resuscitation.

🚨A trauma patient arrives with minutes to act.

These moments don’t happen often but when they do, there’s no room for hesitation.

So how do clinicians prepare for what they may rarely see?

Simulation creates the space to practice these high-stakes scenarios, build confidence, and strengthen decision-making before it matters most.

AI is becoming hard to ignore in healthcare education—but the real question for many sim centers is where it can actually add value.

On 🗓️April 8 at 🕑2:00 p.m. ET, we’re hosting a virtual Learning Lab on AI in Healthcare Simulation: Past, Present, and Future.

You’ll see how tools like LearningSpace AI can help reduce grading time, support more consistent scoring, and give faculty more time with learners - without requiring a full overhaul.

In this session, we’ll cover:

✔️Where AI started in healthcare simulation and how it’s used today
✔️What's actually working (and what's not)
✔️Practical steps to pilot AI in your program over the next 6-12 months

A simulation ends.
The learner leaves the room.
And what’s left?

⏰Hours of video.
📝Notes in the margins.
🧠Memory-based evaluation.

That gap — between what happened and what gets documented — matters.
closes it.

By automatically capturing simulation dialogue, identifying who said what, and structuring performance insights inside LearningSpace, Ehli helps programs move from subjective recall to structured evidence.

Not just faster review. Stronger evaluation integrity.

💡 Where can AI genuinely support your sim center and your faculty?

On April 8 at 2:00 p.m. ET, we’re partnering with the Society for Simulation in Healthcare for a virtual Learning Lab on AI in Healthcare Simulation: Past, Present, and Future.

We’ll look at ✔️where AI started in healthcare simulation, ✔️how it’s being used today to support assessment, and ✔️what’s realistic over the next 6–12 months. You’ll see examples of how tools like LearningSpace AI can help reduce grading time, support more consistent scoring, and free faculty to spend more time with learners - while keeping educators in control.

We’ll also talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and simple ways to test AI in your own program without a massive overhaul.

In every community, the true measure of our mission is how ready we are on the hardest day.

In partnership with Sarasota County Fire Department, Elevate Healthcare led a recent mass casualty exercise, supported by fellow Madison Industries companies Archer First Response Systems and Holmatro USA & Canada, to simulate the kind of complexity no one can predict, but everyone must be ready for.

Through Elevate’s Achieve consulting program, our clinicians and clinical educators led an experience that combined high-fidelity simulators, standardized patients, and real-world rescue tools to create an environment where learning felt real, and readiness followed.

Because realistic training doesn’t just build skills. It builds judgment, communication, and the confidence to act when it matters most, helping create safer communities.

🗨️"As healthcare professionals, our work is to build strong systems for readiness, recognition, and response so that when the unthinkable happens, performance is already practiced. Achieve helps turn that expectation into reliable, practiced performance.” — Stacie Wood, Chief Nursing Officer, Elevate Healthcare

This week, we recognize the physicians who lead, diagnose, and make critical decisions every day.

In high-pressure moments, patient care depends not just on individual expertise but on communication, coordination, and preparation across the entire care team.

Simulation plays a key role in supporting that readiness, creating space to practice complex scenarios before they happen in real life.

During , we’re grateful for the clinicians who continue to advance patient care every day.
