Your foundation. Your sense of safety.

When it’s supported, you feel grounded, steady, and at home in your body. When it’s not, life might feel overwhelming or unsettled.

Root chakra work is coming back to your breath, your body, your sense of safety.

Think of it like nervous system care, a daily practice, not something you wait on.

Some ways to support your root:
• grounding breathwork
• time in nature
• warm, nourishing meals
• slow, steady movement

You are allowed to feel safe.

Burnout isn’t a personal flaw. It’s a nervous system pattern. At this month’s UPLIFT gathering, we’ll explore how high capacity helpers often override their own limits and how to shift that cycle with practical tools.

We’ll explore signs of nervous system depletion, tools for perfectionism and over responsibility, designing your workload for sustainability, and meditation as restoration rather than performance.

You’ll leave with regulation strategies that support both your energy and your work.

Unlearning Diet Culture: Coming Home to Your Body is a gentle, supportive workshop exploring how diet culture shapes our relationship with food, body image, and self-trust.

Many of us have spent years trying to control our bodies.
Following rules, starting over, wondering if we’re doing it “right.”

If that’s been your experience, you’re not alone.

Through guided reflection, nervous system regulation practices, and a hands-on exercises, you’ll begin releasing patterns that no longer serve you and reconnecting with your body with compassion.

This isn’t a lecture or a meal plan workshop.
It’s a space to rebuild safety around food and remember that your body is a place to live, not a problem to solve.
