Unlearning Diet Culture: Coming Home to Your Body is a gentle, supportive workshop exploring how diet culture shapes our relationship with food, body image, and self-trust.
Many of us have spent years trying to control our bodies.
Following rules, starting over, wondering if we’re doing it “right.”
If that’s been your experience, you’re not alone.
Through guided reflection, nervous system regulation practices, and a hands-on exercises, you’ll begin releasing patterns that no longer serve you and reconnecting with your body with compassion.
This isn’t a lecture or a meal plan workshop.
It’s a space to rebuild safety around food and remember that your body is a place to live, not a problem to solve.
