Christopher Brown, LMT, CST-T, is an intuitive bodyworker and massage therapist with over 10 years of experience treating diverse body types and complex conditions. After a life-altering motorcycle accident and paralysis over 20 years ago, massage and acupuncture inspired his path into healing work.

With extensive training in yoga, martial arts, chi kung, and biomechanics, Christopher brings a deeply informed approach to rehabilitation and recovery. He is certified in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy and specializes in nervous system and brain-based care, working with infants, elders, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and vertigo.

Christopher believes that supporting the nervous system enables the body to initiate profound and lasting self-healing.

Align With Addie!

Addie’s journey into mindful living began in 2016 and was sparked by the question: “What is my purpose?” It was during this search that yoga found her, offering a sense of peace, clarity, and purpose she had never experienced before. Inspired by the transformation it brought to her life, Addie knew she was meant to share this practice with others.

In 2018, she became certified in Buti Yoga while simultaneously completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. From there, she dove wholeheartedly into the wellness world, earning certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Barre, TRX, DEEP, ACE Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Addie’s passion for healing and connection led her to graduate from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2022. She has since expanded her toolkit with certifications in Reiki, Sound Healing, Meridian Fascial Cupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, offering a holistic and personalized approach to wellness.
