Astral travel is the art of expanding one’s consciousness in order to travel outside the realms of physical reality.

This 4-hour course teaches you the tools and techniques to expand your consciousness so that you can explore the astral planes and other dimensions more safely and effectively.

Learn to Travel safely, with all precautions (including a protection prayer), and how to prepare the physical body, mind, and your surroundings for Astral Travel.

The course and these tools also aid you in improving meditation, conscious dreaming and journeying.

Please note that Sacred Geometry is a prerequisite for Astral Travel.

Sacred Geometry is an art, a science and a metaphysical series of teachings that help to elevate consciousness and master the process of creation.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the philosophical foundation of Sacred Geometry including:

    •    The 3 Keys to Heaven: energy & theory of the 3 basic geometries

    •    The connection of Sacred Geometry to Manifestation

    •    Receive an energetic attunement of the 3 Keys to Heaven

Align With Addie!

Addie’s journey into mindful living began in 2016 and was sparked by the question: “What is my purpose?” It was during this search that yoga found her, offering a sense of peace, clarity, and purpose she had never experienced before. Inspired by the transformation it brought to her life, Addie knew she was meant to share this practice with others.

In 2018, she became certified in Buti Yoga while simultaneously completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. From there, she dove wholeheartedly into the wellness world, earning certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Barre, TRX, DEEP, ACE Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Addie’s passion for healing and connection led her to graduate from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2022. She has since expanded her toolkit with certifications in Reiki, Sound Healing, Meridian Fascial Cupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, offering a holistic and personalized approach to wellness.

Above all, Addie is deeply committed to helping others reconnect with themselves. She thrives on building genuine connections and supporting each person through their unique path to healing and growth.
