Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications:
- BCBA-D, BCBA Certification
- Experience working in clinical ABA & with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Experience with caregiver & staff training
- Experience working with or supervising RBTs
- Proficient with Microsoft ® Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Ability to juggle a combination of clinical, supervision, and administrative tasks
- Ability to quickly learn & utilize electronic devices & systems such as tablets, laptops, e-mail programs, digital files and records, creation of PDF files & uploading files to secure e-drives
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate clearly & respectfully with clients, caregivers, & team members
- Ability to oversee & implement crisis management methods while ensuring client & team safety

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, goal development, and treatment planning reports as outlined by funding sources & the BACB ®
- Conduct direct assessments such as functional analyses, preference & reinforcer assessments, treatment evaluations
- Conduct additional assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, EFL
- Train parents and other caregivers
- Maintain, review, interpret, & make data-driven decisions related to treatment
- Design individualized learning programs using discrete trial training & incidental teaching
- Assist clinical team with navigating insurance authorizations and requirements
- Implement tiered service model: Train & supervise clinical team of BCaBAs & RBTs
- Implement single-provider model: Work directly with clients 1:1
- Support mindful clinical practice
· Remain current in professional topics; demonstrate ability to speak about clinical &
philosophical perspectives of behavior analysis
· Utilize least restrictive, person-centered, empirically validated methods that are informed
by client’s potential sensory processing issues & history with trauma
· Familiarity with & ability to implement crisis management methods
· Creatively apply & teach behavior analysis with enthusiasm & client-centered approach
