With 4.5 years of nursing experience (originally in Respiratory care and now Labor & Delivery at Sarasota Memorial), Rachel brings a holistic approach to health—treating the mind, body, and spirit as one.
Her passion? Helping others understand how to take charge of their own wellness—whether that’s through education, IV therapy, or vitamin injections.

She’s currently diving deeper into energy healing, believing that unprocessed energy lives in the body and can lead to imbalance. Her mission is to help our community release, heal, and thrive. 💫

Meet Amanda TenHoor, RN, BSN💉🌿

Adopted from South Korea and raised in the suburbs of Minnesota, Amanda now calls sunny Florida home☀️

She’s a proud dog mom to two lovable Goldendoodles who are always ready for a post-shift snuggle🐾

Amanda moved to Sarasota in 2015 to finish nursing school and launch her career. With nearly 8 years of experience, she’s worked in pre-op/post-op surgery, orthopedic trauma, oncology, pediatrics, and more — and now brings her passion for holistic health to Wellness Realm as our Weight Loss Peptide Specialist!

She also provides vitamin injections and infusions, helping clients feel their best from the inside out!

🤪Fun fact: Amanda has traveled to over 25 countries for fun and medical missions. One of her biggest dreams? Becoming a missionary nurse to combine her love for healthcare + global service!

With over 23 years of experience in nursing—including postpartum, labor & delivery, and teaching future nurses—she brings deep compassion and insight to her work. Today, she’s proud to serve at Wellness Realm, where she educates and empowers those living with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis—a journey she understands both professionally and personally.

Molly began her healthcare journey in 2020 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, starting in the Mother Baby Unit and later thriving in the ER. It was there she discovered her passion: helping others heal by getting to the root of illness. 🌱

Now at Wellness Realm, she blends her medical experience with a deep love for holistic, natural healing — all led by her purpose to share the love of Jesus and serve Him!

Whether she’s caring for clients, raising her little one, or spreading light with her team, Molly leads with purpose and kindness every step of the way.
