Q: What would change if you never spoke poorly about yourself?
We have all done that to ourselves, in passing, outloud in a joke, or silentky to ourselves. I know I have.
We get upset at ourselves for decisions made, with the information we had at the time. Perhaps we should have taken a reality and seen it for what it was.
Perhaps we wished we said something that needed to be said, but chose what we thiught was ‘safer’, ‘less costly’ depending on the situation.
Perhaps we were upset at our reflections in the mirror or knew better than to not take the chance when we could’ve.
No matter in what ways, our words shape our reality.
Here’s something you can do for yourself today,
👉🏼Words: choose kinder ones.
🎊Celebrate small wins.
🪄Speak to your body with gratitude,
⚡️Replace criticism with curiosity.
Your self-talk models healing for others. 💓
Start today: say one supportive thing to yourself and mean it.🪞
I’ll start:
“Des, just for today, you are doing everything right for yourself, you got this!, Tomorrow you start again, but today, is a great day!” 💌
Ok, your turn! 🫵🏼
