School is back in session starting Monday, August 11th, and we’re asking everyone to do their part to keep our students and families safe.

🏫 Slow down in school zones
👀 Watch for children and parents crossing
📵 Put your phone down
⏰ Give yourself extra time to get where you’re going

The first week of school can be hectic for everyone — especially in the mornings. Please be patient, stay alert, and plan ahead.

Let’s make sure every student starts the school year off safely.

One day at a time!

When Hurricane Milton made landfall on Siesta Key, it brought the worst of the storm to our doorstep. It also brought out the best in our community!

From first responders saving lives during the storm to cleanup crews rekindling hope afterward, from shelter volunteers guiding strangers to safety to neighbors opening their doors to those in need, we have rediscovered a depth of community that we always knew we had.
