A HUGE thank you to Jen Smith for always recognizing the value of lifting up people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through meaningful work and just plain kindness.

This weekend, Jen invited Inclusion Revolution to be the beneficiary of her private event, and one of the highlights was an unforgettable evening aboard a 125-foot yacht.

Our incredible team members Dylan and Kelley spent time with attendees and delivered powerful speeches about what jobs and Inclusion Revolution mean to them. Dignity, purpose, friendships, confidence, and the chance to be seen for their gifts.

Jen, thank you for creating space where inclusion isn’t a “nice idea.” It’s the way we show up. We’re so grateful for you.
