Every second counts when someone collapses from sudden cardiac arrest. 💔🫀 That’s why the Hands-Only CPR method from the American Heart Association is so powerful — it’s simple, effective, and anyone can do it.

If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse:
1️⃣ Call 911
2️⃣ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest (100–120 beats per minute)
3️⃣ Don’t stop until help arrives

No mouth-to-mouth. Just hands. Just action.

Hands-Only CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival. Yet bystander CPR is given less often than it should be — and studies show that women are significantly less likely to receive CPR from a bystander compared to men. That hesitation can cost lives.

Cardiac arrest doesn’t discriminate — and neither should lifesaving care.

Good stuff!

Severe bleeding can become life-threatening in just minutes. Knowing how to control bleeding with direct pressure or a tourniquet can make the difference before help arrives.

If you encounter a serious bleeding injury:
• Apply firm direct pressure
• Use a tourniquet if bleeding cannot be controlled
• Call 911 immediately

Simple actions can save lives.
