Made a homemade electrolyte drink that was tasty and healthier than Gatorade or Powerade. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
-Half gallon of water
-honey
-1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
-lemon
-one tea packet of choice(optional)
-fresh herbs...mint, lemon balm, lemongrass (optional)
Directions: Boil some of the water. Add salt, honey, tea packet, herbs and let steep for 10min, then add to rest of water. Stir, serve with lemon slice.
