I put A Lot of undo pressure on myself daily. So I needed to press the pause button on this planter bed project just so I can enjoy the smell of the fir.
I use Fir Needle essential oil in several Sattva body oil, body cream & body scrub blends.

My Story

Sattva Holistic Health was created by Ayurvedic Consultant and Licensed Massage Therapist, Tiffany Fradley. Tiffany has been practicing in Sarasota, Florida since 2006. Her passion for holistic health was born of her continuous desire to feel better in her body, mind and emotions. She’s survived physical and emotional injury and found healing through holistic healthcare. She resides in Sarasota, Florida where peacocks roam wild in her neighborhood and she feeds them by hand.
