I believe that each of us have an inner voice, and when we listen to that voice, it creates joy in our lives. My goal is to work with my clients to help them find and listen to that quiet whisper to find their true happiness. As a loved one, it’s important to not take these things personal. If you notice it, instead be there to comfort, support, and help

We think that if we do certain things we will get certain outcomes, and to some degree that is true but there are consequences for our choices.

Oftentimes you can do all of the right steps, you can do everything perfectly, and still not have the outcome that you thought you would have. This often happens in our lives because there is a lesson to be learned, sometimes it’s difficult, and sometimes it’s easy.

So even when we do things the exact way we think they're supposed to be done, it may not lead us to the outcome that we want.

When you look at your life, if things are feeling like they're spinning out of control, and you're feeling overwhelmed, frustrated or tired because things aren't going the way you want them to go–remember there are only a couple of things you can truly control. Those are: your reaction to things and your behaviors.

My challenge to you this week is–take a look at the areas of your life that feel like you're needing to control or need to hang on to, and my suggestion is to let go of the outcome, and focus on the lesson.
