Pain-Free Living Muscle knots cause more joint pain than you may have ever imagined! We teach you step-by-step how to release muscle knots that cause joint pain.

The unique stretching system is taught in a 3-DVD program. The Foundation DVD demonstrates step-by-step how to release muscle spasms from head to toe. The 2 Guided Practice DVDs have two upper body sessions and two lower body sessions - each with 15 minutes of releasing the spasms in the muscles and 30 minutes of focused stretching. Daily self-treatment and stretching enables athletes to perform at their ultimate level, without injuring their muscles in the pursuit of excellence.
