Proud moments in Tallahassee ✨

Our CEO Stephen Fancher, Chief Program Officer Dr. Kristin Hoffman, and Clinical Director Chelsea Hernandez, represented All Star Children’s Foundation at Children’s Week at the Capitol, meeting with our local delegation to advocate for children and families impacted by foster care.

When clinical insight and child welfare leadership come together at the policy table, real change becomes possible.

We are committed not only to serving children in our community on our Campus of Hope and Healing, but also to shaping the future of foster care across Florida. ⭐️

This is a welcoming space to learn how ARC helps strengthen trauma-informed care across systems and to see if this opportunity may be a good fit for you or your team.

Who should attend? Professionals and systems supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma, including clinicians, educators, program staff, supervisors, administrators, and organizational leaders.

We are honored to share this special spotlight from Safe Children Coalition in recognition of Foster Family Appreciation Week! Today, SCC spotlighted our Director of Finance, Eric, his wife Patty, and his family for their commitment to children in foster care. We are proud to see their story celebrated and grateful for the heart they bring to this work every day. They have welcomed over 20 children in their five years of fostering!

At All Star, Eric helps steward our mission with care and purpose, ensuring children and families in foster care receive the support they deserve. Beyond his role here, Eric and his family live this commitment at home, showing what dedication to children truly looks like. 💙⭐

At All Star, foster care is built around connection, consistency, and healing. Children are supported by trauma-informed clinicians, safe and stable homes, and an environment designed to help them grow, not just get by.

Because when children feel safe, healing becomes possible.

Follow along to see how healing happens.

We were thrilled to welcome over 100 participants to our initial ARC (Attachment, Regulation & Competency) Info call yesterday! ARC is an evidence-based, trauma-informed framework that supports healing and resilience in children and families by strengthening relationships, coping, and regulation, and individual strengths.

If you are interested in learning more about this framework for your agency, we are offering two more informational calls on March 2 + 3, 2026.
