We had a fun dinner in Sarasota by the Ariesscence team. Ariesscence PDGF has really been a game changer in my practice. We love it topically to improve our laser skin resurfacing healing. Whether we perform an isolated CO2 fully Ablative facial laser or in combination with a deep plane facelift, I can personally attest to an expedited healing. Usually patients are 4 days ahead and heal within 1 week. Patients are ecstatic with the reduced downtime.

The other important factor of why we chose certain companies to partner with is their employees. Sometimes big companies don't appreciate the strong bonds and lifelong friendships that we make with their teams. Product choice drives decisions, but I believe strong leadership and personal connections are paramount. PDGF is a revolutionary product and their team is outstanding. We love the bonds we've built with them over years in the industry.

I had a great visit to Indianapolis with Allergan teaching hands on Botox and Juvederm filler injections thanks to the wonderful BDM Kelsey. I visited the amazing clinics at Health is Wealth Family Care clinic and SomaVie Wellness. We injected several models with with beautiful results. I even got to give out a few Fez hats to injectors Nan, Melissa, Jackie and Kim.

Honored to be nominated Top Doctor 25 years in a row. I'm proud of the streak, but it means I'm old!😅
Interesting that I knew both John Connolly, who was president of my medical school, and John Castle who was board of Trustees at NYMC. I met with them as president of AOA honor society in the 80's and they were both outstanding individuals. Funny how life has so many intricate paths that lead back to the past.

Our wonderful patient had a deep plane facelift and upper blepharoplasty. She topped it off with conservative Juvéderm filler to her lips. Her after picture is 3 weeks out with a refreshed appearance and back to normal daily activities. This 2.5 hour surgery has minimal pain and a nice recovery.

Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, requires attention to fine details. Our wonderful patient noticed fullness particularly in her lower lids while smiling. This is caused by several factors, including bunching of the lid muscle, fat herniation and loose skin. All were addressed in this situation with conservative skin and muscle reduction along with lower lid fat redraping to soften her tear trough groove. The results are natural and long lasting. I am grateful to my patients over the past 30 years and thousands of successful blepharoplasties.

Busy trip a few weeks ago to Los Angeles for Allergan. Started in LA with AMI trainings thanks to the amazing BDM Monya, and a Roundtble dinner at Crustecean in Beverly Hills. Wrapped up with a Patient Safety and Advocacy course at Allergan's new beautiful training center in Irvine. I had the pleasure of having Lori Phoenix as co-faculty. An incredible time teaching on the west coast and a shout out to Allergan to making these opportunities happen. I love teaching on Botox and Juvederm and sharing knowledge in out space. I have met some many incredible people!
