I call this spot the deep Earth Temple because when I meditate I sink into the Earth into a cave like room that is generally full of Spirit guides ready to help me do my work.

I had a specific need that was pretty acute in my day today and it really delivered exactly what I needed. Sometimes it's not always obvious.

I didn't recognize what I received at first. But as I was walking back, it became clear that my energy field cleared, the heaviness fell away.

I stopped and asked a plant that was dominating the landscape what its medicine was and it reinforced the lesson of the vortex which is to feel as light as a feather.

Bees are notorious Sun worshipers. When it's cloudy or overcast they don't like to move around much just like me. So when there is a cloudless Blue sky and beaming sun rays, they get out and play!
