Endometriosis is common, painful, and far too often dismissed. If your period is keeping you from work, school, exercise, intimacy, or simply feeling like yourself, that’s not “normal.” Real talk: you deserve to be heard and taken seriously.

Common signs and symptoms include pelvic pain that interferes with daily life, pain with periods, pain with s*x, heavy bleeding, bloating, bowel changes around your cycle, chronic fatigue, infertility, and pain that continues even when you’re not on your period. Some women have all the classic symptoms. Others have only one or two. Every experience is real and valid.

Endometriosis does not show up on routine exams, and many patients spend years searching for answers. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep guessing. Our physicians can help you understand what’s going on, talk through testing and treatment options, and create a plan that finally makes sense for your body.

If you see yourself in any of these symptoms, come see us to learn more. Relief is possible, and you deserve care that listens.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to birth control. From pills, rings, patches and IUDs to condoms, injections, implants and even permanent options—each method has different benefits and considerations. The best choice depends on your health, lifestyle and future pregnancy plans.

At our office, we offer contraception counseling for all ages. It’s especially important for teens to establish care with a gynecologist before becoming s*xually active—this helps young patients build trust, feel comfortable asking questions and get set up for safe, healthy choices.

If you or your teen are unsure which method is right, we’re here to help you make an informed and confident decision.
