There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to birth control. From pills, rings, patches and IUDs to condoms, injections, implants and even permanent options—each method has different benefits and considerations. The best choice depends on your health, lifestyle and future pregnancy plans.

At our office, we offer contraception counseling for all ages. It’s especially important for teens to establish care with a gynecologist before becoming sexually active—this helps young patients build trust, feel comfortable asking questions and get set up for safe, healthy choices.

If you or your teen are unsure which method is right, we’re here to help you make an informed and confident decision.

Big news for women’s health! 💛

The FDA is removing the long-standing “black box warning” on low-dose vaginal estrogen, a change we, and ACOG, have long supported. This warning has discouraged many women from getting relief for vaginal and urinary symptoms of menopause, despite the proven safety and effectiveness of treatment.

This update is a huge step toward improving access to safe, evidence-based menopause care — and helping more women feel like themselves again. ✨

See us today for your menopausal concerns. Our team is here to help you find the right, individualized care.

Vaginal yeast infections (candidiasis) are very common and usually easily treatable, but they can cause a lot of discomfort. Symptoms may include thick white “cottage cheese-like” discharge, itching or irritation of the v***a, burning with urination or during in*******se, and sometimes redness or swelling. Not everyone has discharge — for some, it’s just constant itching or burning. If symptoms keep coming back, don’t go away with over-the-counter treatment, or you’re unsure if it’s yeast or bacterial vaginosis, it’s a good idea to get checked. You don’t have to live with the discomfort, we’re here to help.
