What is your feminine craving from the masculine? How have you been hurt in the past by the masculine in your life? What do you want from the masculine in your life?
Practice:
Now to be open to receiving you have to be open to forgiveness and actually forgive. How can you forgive? what does it mean to forgive? what is on the other side of your forgiveness? how does it feel to let go of this energy that you are holding onto? What will open up in that space for yourself to release that toxic energy?
