I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals of all ages. I offer extensive experience with adolescents and young adults, including recovery support. I am an experienced, energetic, interactive, and a trained solution-focused therapist. I incorporate a variety of CBT/REBT, coaching and interactional approaches in treatment. Early morning and limited evening appointments are available I have a friendly office staff and do my best to see all new patients immediately to begin assessing and supporting their needs. We are centrally located in beautiful downtown Sarasota.
