Happy clients make my day~
Amazing! Joanne is amazing! We connected at a time when I was overwhelmed and not familiar with posting payments. As a fairly new individual Physical Therapy private practice owner I thought I could handle everything...not so. Joanne initially offered consultation on cleaning up my Therabill claims and posting. Realizing how much work it would be, we decided to develop an agreement for Joanne to do the clean up and I would take it from there. Joanne did such an amazing job cleaning up my account as well as providing education and instruction on maintaining the account. We worked together for a year beyond that point where I focused on treating and Joanne managed the claims submission and posting.
At this point I am managing my claim submissions and posting thanks to Joanne's guidance. Thankfully, she is still available from time to time when I have a question or need additional guidance. I have said this many times and I'll say it again, THANK YOU!
