Develop a deeper relationship with yourself while strengthening your body, increasing flexibility and quieting the mind. This class promotes self acceptance, inner peace and authenticity. Rita has great passion and enthusiasm for teaching Yoga. She has experience in teaching yoga to adults, kids, couples, family, athletes for crew & cycling as well as pre-natal yoga , pre-wedding yoga and more… Let her bring he Joy of teaching to you with "Yoga to You" at your location, school, event or place of work.
