I’ve been prepping for the Fertility Stress Detox Challenge through watery eyes and a nose running like a faucet (welcome to Fall with school-aged kids...iykyk 😅 ).

We kick off this Monday at 7:30 AM ET and I couldn’t be more excited!

These women are going to be challenging themselves to work with and regulate their body’s biological stress responses, so their fertility efforts can have the intended effects – pregnancy.

A sign in the room read “The need is constant. The gratification is instant.“ And it’s so true! I feel like a rockstar after having donated blood today for the first time in over a decade.

The natural high I feel knowing my blood is going to newborn babies and cancer patients (my blood type is the universal donor, and I am CMV negative) renders whatever perceived “hassle“ may be involved worth it 1 million times over.

Popping in on your Saturday feed with a reminder for when you’re tired of pushing…

Let’s be honest: The list isn’t going anywhere.

There will always be one more task, one more demand, one more reason to push.

And the old programming will tell you—again and again—that pushing harder is the only way.

But every time you pause and take a few steady breaths, you interrupt that pattern.

When your usual methods of getting results aren’t working, it feels like trying harder and “figuring out” what’s wrong is the only option.

But what if that do-more approach is what’s actually blocking you when it comes to conception?
