At Family Vision Care Center, we strive to remain true to our philosophy of comprehensive eye-health care. Patients spend the bulk of their examination time with the Doctor - not with a technician. Founded by Dr. Cline Z. Miyamoto 101 years ago, we continue to maintain the tradition of emphasizing professional service and quality eye-health care for the most precious gift--the gift of sight. In 1956 Dr. William Ling became the second owner and In 1993, Susan Halstead joined Dr. Ling as an optician an then purchased the practice from him in 1997. Our doctors work together with nationally certified and New York State licensed opticians to accurately prescribe, fit and dispense specialty contacts, digital free-form lenses, prescription safety glasses, athletic eye wear, prescription swim goggles and designer sunglasses. We pride ourselves in staying on top of the latest trends in eye wear fashions. We also custom order product at your request. Here are some services we provide:
