The WY Dept of Health has an online survey for folks to fill out for the Rural Health Transformation Fund. WY could get as little as $500 MILLION over 5 years based on the federal Big Beautiful Bill. PLEASE take the time to fill this survey out and give your honest feedback of rural healthcare in the valley. Thank you.

Primary Care--scheduled appointments. This means we are available for BOTH your Urgent Care needs AND your Primary Care needs. Stop in at our NEW location--1012 W Bridge--OR give us a call 307-329-3340.
