Patient Concerns:
Persistent tearing and discomfort from a blocked tear duct on the right side.

What We Did:
Dr. Phan performed a right dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) to restore proper tear drainage and relieve chronic tearing and infection.

Results (Day 10):
• Tearing significantly improved
• No pain reported
• Incision healing beautifully — virtually invisible at 10 days
• Normal post-op swelling steadily resolving

A seamless recovery and a great functional + cosmetic outcome. 💛

👁️ Patient Concerns: constant irritation, like a foreign body rubbing her eyes, and thud tearing

✂️ What We Did: Performed a left lower lid entropion repair to correct the inward turning of the eyelid and relieve irritation.

📸 Results: 1 MONTH POST-OP — restored eyelid position (note how lashes and eyelid margin were absent in the before photo and now bible in the after photo), resolved irritation and tearing and improved comfort. Healing continues beautifully.
