Many know I have been working on one more change :

Starting next Monday the 22 you may receive two different text messages reminding you of your appointments.

I am trying a new software. Data will be transferred over the end of the week. I AM CLOSED THIS FRIDAY THE 20th for those changes.

Please be patient as I learn the ends and outs of this new system. If all goes well you will be able to pay bills online, print receipts, and schedule apts(you can still schedule with me as well).

One year of using the X39 patch.

This last year I have had stayed dedicated to working out with the bike, vibration plate, free weights, and using my heat healer. Pain and exhaustion would have kept me from doing this. Are there days I have pain?Absolutely! My job is very physical and I’ve put my body through a lot but nothing like what I use to have every day for pain. With two disc injuries I actually have a lot of days without pain now. My skin is clearer, hair healthier, better nights sleep. I’ve also stuck to eating healthier and taking the right supplements too with the patches. Everything I’ve done has made a big difference. I’m still learning too but happy to talk about it all with you!
